Since relocating to the U.S., we have experienced a decline in energy, and increase in weight gain. We note significant differences from food culture in Europe, such as portions, food labels, fast-food culture, and a lack seasonal eating, making healthy living more arduous compared to their life in Europe.

The trip to Prague was an unexpected delight, filled with enchanting sights, delicious food, and family-friendly experiences. Despite initial challenges with transportation and navigating the city with an infant, we enjoyed exploring attractions and savoring local cuisine. Overall, the visit exceeded our expectations, and we eagerly plan to return.
